Return Policy
Due to the nature of products created with our supplies, all sales are final and we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Damaged Order

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at aromaticapothecarysupplies@gmail.com. To process a carrier claim and issue a replacement, we require:
•     Photos of the damaged package before it is opened
•     Photos of the contents after opening
These images are necessary for us to file a claim and are the only method for receiving a replacement product.

**Please note:  We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a product is appropriate for their intended use. We do not assume liability for how products are used once purchased. When uncertain, we recommend ordering a small quantity for testing prior to placing a larger order.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed.
Once an order has been processed and packaged for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.

Order Terms & Conditions
•     Payment is required at the time the order is placed.
•     We do not offer credit accounts, net‑30 terms, or similar arrangements.
•     For PayPal eCheck payments, all funds must clear before the order is shipped.

Out‑of‑Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped automatically once inventory is replenished.
