Return Policy:

Due to the nature of items that are produced with our products, we do not accept returns for any reason whatsoever, no exceptions.

If products are damaged during shipping, you must contact us immediately via email at aromaticapothecarysupplies.com and you must send pictures of the damaged package BEFORE you open it and pictures AFTER it has been opened so that we may file a claim with the carrier.  This is the only way to get a product replacement.  

While we make every effort to provide accurate product information, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that a particular product is suitable for your application.

We assume no responsibility or liability for end usage of products. When in doubt, it is best to order a small quantity to perform testing in your individual product before ordering a large quantity.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled up until they are processed. Once processed, the order has been packaged for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Order Terms and Conditions: Payment is due when order is placed. We do not offer credit lines, net 30, or similar terms. If utilizing eCheck through PayPal, all funds must clear before order is shipped.

Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will create a backorder for the item and it will ship when it becomes available.
